Compass Surveys Limited has over 15 years' experience within the survey and construction industry and provides a reliable and accurate surveying service which is essential for any successful planning, design or construction project. We cover all aspects of surveying from topographical and measured building surveys to Land Registry compliant plans and setting out.

SERVICES
We offer a professional service and are committed to helping our customers at every step. We use the latest Robotic and Reflectorless Total Station instruments along with GPS to capture the site features. Once collated, our Quality control procedures ensure each drawing is verified and checked before being sent to the client.
All our surveys are deliverable in 2D & 3D Autocad and PDF format. Paper copies can be provided if required.
SETTING OUT
Our setting out service is tailored to suit your individual needs. Data is calculated in the office and uploaded directly into our survey equipment before any site visit.
We can provide accurate on site positioning for the following:
Boundary and fence alignments.
Establishing grid lines and datums.
Housing and groundworks.
Piling layouts.

HM Land Registry Practice Guide 40 sets out the requirements for Land Registry compliant plans. Compass Surveys can guide you through this process and provide you with the relevant Land Registry compliant plan, including Lease Plans, Transfer Plans and Determined Boundary Plans.
